For all items, there will be no returns unless the merchandise is defective. For apparel, exchanges are allowed subject to availability.
All returns will be refunded in the form of DressAffection credits only. There will be no cash refunds. This amount will be less any shipping and delivery charge, which is non-refundable. Once we have received your return, we will ensure that it is in good condition and proceed to credit your account.
Exchange is limited to the same design for a different size, subject to availability. We do not guarantee the availability of merchandise. If there is the right size for you, we will require you to send back the merchandise to us. Once we have received it, we will send back your item within 10 working days.
How do I return an item? If we have delivered incorrect or defective merchandise, please send us a contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you in the return of the item. We will inform you once the item has been received and proceed with the refund if applicable. All refunds will be in the form of DressAffection credits only. The credits will expire in 90 days.

An item that I want is sold out. Will it ever become available again? We welcome feedback on which are the popular items to bring back. Click on the “Bring it Back!” button to let us know. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to get that item back. So, don’t hesitate and purchase what you like!
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed? It is not possible for us to alter or cancel your order once it enters our system. This includes not being able to change the delivery address. Please remember to do a quick check to ensure everything is in order and to your satisfaction before you proceed to make payment.
What is value of 1 DressAffection Credit? 1 DressAffection credit is equivalent to S$1 on DressAffection.com.
How do I get DressAffection Credits? You will earn 10 credits whenever a friend you referred places her first order as a new member. If you are referred by a member of DressAffection, you will also earn 10 credits after you made your first purchase. All refunds will be in the form of DressAffection credits as well.
Will my DressAffection Credits expire? The credits will expire within 90 days from date of issue.
